How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@projectreef.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Within 30 days of purchase
  • Condition: Unused, unopened, and in original packaging, or damaged/defective
  • Proof of Purchase: Valid receipt or order confirmation required

Please note: We only accept returns for orders placed on www.projectreef.com. For purchases made through retail partners, please contact them directly.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 7–10 business days after inspection for processing
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless item arrived damaged or defective

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

During high order volume, we may not be able to modify or cancel orders.

We are not responsible for address errors or delays once a package has left our facility.
