SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be processed by Shopify between 2-6 business days if there are no issues with your order. Project Reef will contact you if additional information is required for order or credit verification. We are closed on all major holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking number to show updates. Orders that are not accepted by the recipient upon delivery will not be refunded. Project Reef is not responsible for stolen or lost packages that have been confirmed by tracking history or other information. The customer is responsible for loss or damage of the items. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary, please review your order before submission in regards to shipping rates. If any higher international cost is to be required, you will be contacted by email for approval. International packages that must be processed through customs may be subject to additional charges in the form of taxes and customs duties which are at the responsibility of the customer. Project Reef is not responsible for additional costs associated with orders. Project Reef may elect not to accept an order if, in Project Reef’s judgment, Project Reef will be unable to meet the requested delivery date or fill the requested quantity or type of goods offered. Project Reef may also elect not to accept an order, or may delay shipment or cancel an accepted order without consequence. If Project Reef is unable to finish and ship the goods to the buyer on time because of anything

Project Reef cannot control (such as accounts of God, casualty, labor trouble, accidents, buyers actions, or unavailability of supplies or transportation), the estimated delivery time may be extended accordingly and Project Reef shall not be liable to the buyer for any damages caused by such delays. Upon delivery, the buyer shall immediately carry out a proper check of the goods supplied before the use of goods and shall not at a later date claim defects that should have been discovered prior.
